    • The Only One in Turkey: The 17.5-inch rotary (chuck) system on our machine became the biggest power multiplier of the project. We are proud to be the only company in Turkey that designs and manufactures a structure of this scale and advanced technology.
  • Engine Power: The heavy-duty Caterpillar C18 700hp engine ensures the operation progresses without interruption by generating continuous torque.
  • Maximum Drilling and Pullback: The powerful wireline winch system allows for safe and deep well operations up to 2500 meters with a pullback capacity of 150 tons.
  • Integrated Production Strength: Manufactured from high-strength special steel such as (S355J2+N) and Strenx MC700 within our own integrated facilities, ACR Metal, the chassis and mast systems provide full protection against the abrasive effects of the desert and rugged, inaccessible terrain conditions.

State-of-the-Art ACR Drilling Mud Pump: The double-acting mud pump of our own production, with a flow rate of 2250 liters per minute, resistance up to 100 bar, a 7.5x10 automatic lubrication system, and a dampener pulsation absorber, plays a critical role in rapidly drilling through challenging formations.

The real operational data of our ACR-2500D model in the Niger field once again demonstrates the engineering quality of our machine.

·  24-Hour Uninterrupted Operation with Temperature Resistance: Despite scorching desert temperatures exceeding +45°C in the shade and reaching much higher levels directly under the sun, our machine worked with 24-hour continuous performance without overheating the engine, ensuring the entire upper structure group operated with full efficiency, rigidity, and stability. Thanks to superior cooling and damping systems, operational safety was kept at the maximum level even under the most extreme climate conditions.

·  High Mud Pump Efficiency Against Loose Desert Sand: Loose desert sand layers, the most characteristic formation of the region that complicates drilling the most, were passed rapidly without experiencing any collapse or cave-ins, thanks to the high flow rate and pressure of the special mud pump manufactured in our own facilities. In this way, full well stabilization was achieved, and the operation was successfully completed much ahead of the planned schedule.
