The delivered 2 ACR-1500D water well drilling rigs, 6 custom-manufactured mud pumps, drill pipes, and spare parts have successfully entered operation, delivering uninterrupted performance in 900-meter deep water well drilling operations.

Going beyond equipment manufacturing and delivery, ACR Drilling deployed its expert technical team to Algeria, completed the installation of the machinery, managed the commissioning process, and successfully drilled the first wells before delivering fully operational systems to the customer.

Specifically designed for deep water well drilling applications, the ACR-1500D trailer-mounted water well drilling rig stands out with exceptional field performance.

• High Power and Pullback Capacity: Equipped with a 423 HP engine, a 110-ton mast capacity, and a 95-ton pullback force, the ACR-1500D delivers maximum reliability even under the toughest drilling conditions.
• Premium Material Quality: The trailer chassis is manufactured from European-grade Strenx MC Plus 700 and abrasion-resistant Hardox 500 steel, while the mast structure is produced using premium Mannesmann steel through precision laser cutting, CNC bending, and robotic welding technologies.
• Outstanding Operational Capability: With a drilling diameter ranging from 6.5" to 32" and a 95-ton wireline winch manufactured entirely by ACR Drilling, the machine delivers reliable performance in deep drilling operations.

Heavy-Duty Drill Pipes and Integrated Mud Pump Solutions

The project also included six ACR-manufactured 7.5 × 10 mud pumps, integrated into the customer's Bauer RB Series German drilling rigs, along with project-specific drill pipes designed to ensure continuous drilling through challenging geological formations.

• Superior Alloy Construction: Manufactured from ASTM A148 alloy cast steel and AISI 4140 / 42CrMo4 cast steel, the mud pumps feature a robust design capable of withstanding pressures of up to 100 bar. Combined with an automatic lubrication system and balanced pulsation dampener, they deliver an impressive flow rate of 2,170 liters per minute at 20 bar.
• High-Torque Drill Pipes: Produced from wear-resistant alloy materials, the drill pipes are engineered to withstand the extreme torsional and tensile loads encountered in drilling operations reaching depths of up to 900 meters.
• Turkey's Only 17.5" Rotary Table: Exclusively manufactured by ACR Drilling, the 17.5-inch Rotary Table utilizes premium world-class bearings, ensuring long service life without overheating or excessive wear, even under extreme loads and high operating temperatures.
