Our machine's superior hydraulic system delivers flawless performance in the hardest terrains, featuring 12.5 tons of pulldown force and 27 tons of pullback capacity. The two-speed rotary system ensures the ideal torque and speed balance for various soil structures, operating at 10,000 Nm of torque between 0-80 rpm, and 5,000 Nm of torque between 80-160 rpm. With a wide drilling diameter range of 6.5 to 32 inches, the ACR-H500 adapts perfectly to diverse project requirements in the field.

The "Full Automation" technology offered by the ACR-H500 completely transforms the operational process. Thanks to this advanced system, the upper drill pipe break-out and lower drill pipe clamping processes are executed automatically without the need for human intervention. This significantly increases occupational safety while minimizing the margin of error. Our precise pipe alignment system completely eliminates lateral deviations that can occur during drilling, ensuring a perfectly straight well every time. All of these processes can be safely and comfortably managed by a single operator via a modern control panel.
